One of the biggest obstacles for artists is presentation. What is both appropriate and affordable in framing and matting can be overwhelming - let me tell you about it sometime.
I think I've found a nice approach to presenting canvas versions of some of my images, as you can see here; the traditional plein aire frame in gold or silver for those landscapes which fall into this category.
This particular frame's outside measurement is 11.5" x 13.5" art work size is 8'X 10". These frames are all wood with gold finish, and provide a handsome and reasonably priced package for an open edition print with the painterly feel of an original.

I will be adding 2 more images in a little while with 2 more frames.
Please feel free to leave me comments about this presentation.
I will also add some observations on my rationale behind this approach.
Oh, yes, I've not been doing very much work over the past 3 weeks, as I've just become a grandfather for the first time...and will post a photo later.
